Fishing Package
BookRamsvik is the perfect place for sea fishing, both from land and from boat. The species richness is great and it is easy to get to good fishing spots. At the campsite there is a jetty where it is great to fish mackerel. Within 15 minutes walk from the campsite there are several nice cliffs that are well suited for spin fishing. With Ramsvik's small motorboats you can reach several fishing spots for angling at varying depths and the boats are also suitable if you want to catch mackerel. If it is blowing from the west, there are some good fishing spots inland in shelter from the wind. If you want to get further out to sea to fishing spots with (almost) guaranteed catch, we recommend that you go on an arranged fishing trip with professional fishermen from Smögen. Fishing is free, no fishing licenses required.
Our fishing package includes:
Overnight stays in a cottage with kitchen, shower and toilet at Ramsvik Stugby & Camping, breakfast buffet in Ramsvik's restaurant, dinners in Ramsvik's restaurant, sauna, sheets, towels and departure cleaning of the cottage. In addition, you have access to a motorboat (small motorboat with 6 hp engine) during the entire stay, bait for fishing, fish cleaning area and freezing of the catch. You will receive a nautical chart where recommended fishing spots are marked. You also get a sea fishing folder where we describe different fishing techniques, what you need for bait and which species are most common.
In addition, you can book a fishing trip with professional fishermen from Smögen. Then you can go with Tommy & Martin on their fishing boat Marie, out on a 4 hour fishing trip in the Bohuslän archipelago. The most common catches are mackerel, cod, saithe and whiting.

You stay in a cottage with kitchen, toilet and shower. You have your own parking for the car. The basic price is valid for 2 people, but you can add up to 3 extra persons in each cottage. The cottages are small, and if you want to live comfortably, you should rather book several fishing packages so that you stay 2-3 people in each cottage.
The dinners included in the package are your choice from the restaurant's menu. Report any allergies or special diets. Some Saturdays the restaurant is closed for weddings. Then the food can be delivered to your cottage.
