Suitable for families with children or 2-3 adults
Our Beach Cottages are no more than 20 metres from the water, right next to the beach, playground and crabbing pier. They are close enough to let the children go crabbing by themselves. The busy pier and beach and the many boats travelling along the Soten Canal mean that there is always something to watch from the patio.
Dogs are welcome in one of the cottages, please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing pets.
Two or the cottages are suitable for wheelchair users, as the single bed has raised legs and there is a ramp from the cottage to a disabled WC/shower.

ShowThe Beach Cottage consists of one room of 15 square metres, which makes it easy to clean. It has 3 beds (one bunkbed and one single bed). As two of the beds are low, they are suitable for anyone unwilling to climb ladders or lofts. A curtain separates the sleeping area from the kitchen. The kitchenette is fully equipped and the dining area has a table and four chairs.
The Beach Cottage is suitable for families with young children, as there is room for a travel cot between the beds, as well as hot water and a microwave oven for heating milk and baby food. There is room for a highchair by the table and a pushchair can easily be brought inside.
Sheets, towels, kitchen towel, hand soap, toilet paper. Please note that sleeping bags are not permitted.
Fridge, hotplates, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, washing-up bowl, drying rack, washing-up brush, fan heater, fire alarm, fire extinguisher, blankets, pillows and cleaning equipment are available. The patio has a table and four chairs. The cottage has no WC or shower, but is located at the end of the service block, which has several showers, sauna and WCs. Having a sauna with the family is a lovely holiday experience. Afterwards, just jump into the water from the pier outside the sauna. The cottage has a TV aerial, which works well if you bring your own television and digital box. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Each cottage has its own numbered carpark space (approx. 30 metres from the cottage).
The cottages are insulated. They are soon heated up by the environmentally friendly fan heater.

All payment is made in advance. The booking is binding when the first payment has been made. We have two different cancellation policys to choose from:

- Can be changed or cancelled until 10:00 local time on the day of arrival.
- If rebooking results in a higher price, you pay the difference.
- Full refund except for 10% of the booking amount when cancelling the reservation
- Pay 10% at the time of booking and the rest at least 60 days before arrival
FREE REEBOOKING – NON REFUNDABLE
Can be changed until 10:00 local time of arrival.
- No rebooking fee.
- If rebooking results in a higher price, you need to pay the difference
- Lower price than already paid will not be reimbursed.
- When changing a booking: date, number of nights, room type and number of persons can be changed.
