The Boathouse Cottages are available in different sizes and built in traditional Bohuslän style. All are within 100 metres of the sea. A number of the cottages have lovely sea views, both from the patio and the sleeping loft. It is wonderful to wake up to the sound of seagulls and look out across the water. The Boathouse Cottage for 2 persons is only 6 square metres, with a sleeping loft of 6 square metres.
The cottage is small, but cleverly planned to fit in everything you need. The standard is more simple than at home, which makes life uncomplicated and relaxing.
Dogs are permitted in some of the cottages, however none of them have sea views. If you want to bring a pet, please let us know at the time of booking.

ShowDownstairs is a small room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with WC and hand basin (cold water only) so that you can go to the toilet and brush your teeth in the cottage. The dining area has three foldable chairs and a foldable table. It works well for mealtimes and can be folded away the rest of the time, to give more space.
The sleeping loft sleeps two. The mattresses are pushed together to make a double bed. The loft is great, as you can keep the bedding out of sight and do not have to make the beds. During the day, the loft is a nice place for a rest. There are a window in the loft, where you can watch the world go by. The loft beds consist of mattresses placed on wooden slats on the floor.
Sheets, towels, kitchen towel, hand soap, toilet paper. Please note that sleeping bags are not permitted.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge, hotplates, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils, frying pan saucepans, washing-up bowl, drying rack and washing-up brush. The cottage also contains cleaning equipment, fire alarm, fire extinguisher, blankets and pillows, and a fan heater. The patio has a table and two chairs. Showers, family showers and sauna are available in the service block (max 120 metres away). Having a sauna together in the evening is a wonderful holiday experience. Afterwards, just jump into the water from the pier outside the sauna. There is no television, which encourages socialising, playing board games, chatting, or going for an evening walk… Free Wi-Fi
Each cottage has its own numbered space in the carpark across the road (approx. 100 metres from the cottage).
The cottages are insulated. They are quickly heated up by the environmentally friendly fan heater.
The patio is covered, to make it possible to sit outside even in rain or strong sunshine.
All payment is made in advance. The booking is binding when the first payment has been made. We have two different cancellation policys to choose from:

- If rebooking results in a higher price, you pay the difference.
- Full refund except for 10% of the booking amount when cancelling the reservation
- Pay 10% at the time of booking and the rest at least 60 days before arrival
