Boathouse cottage, sleeps 4, with sea view
Suitable for families with children aged 4 and over, or for 1-4 adults
The Boathouse Cottages are available in different sizes and built in traditional Bohuslän style. All are within 100 metres of the sea. This cottage have lovely sea view, both from the patio and the sleeping loft. It is wonderful to wake up to the sound of seagulls and look out across the water. The Boathouse Cottage for 4 persons is 12 square metres, with a sleeping loft of 6 square metres.
The cottages are small in size and lie close together like real boathouses, something which is especially appreciated by children. They are cleverly planned, to ensure that everything you need during your holiday is available.
The standard is more simple than at home, which makes life uncomplicated and relaxing.
Pets are welcome in one of the cottages. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know at the time of booking.

ShowDownstairs is a room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with WC and shower. There is a comfortable sofa and a table, for meals or spending time together. The sofa can be turned into a single bed (80 cm). There is also a single bed in the room.
The sleeping loft sleeps two (double bed) and is great, as you can keep the bedding out of sight and do not have to make the beds. The loft makes it feel as if the cottage has two rooms. The ceiling height is low. Adults like being able to climb up into the loft for a rest and some time alone. The beds in the loft consist of mattresses, placed on wooden slats on the floor.
Sheets, towels, kitchen towel, hand soup, toilet paper. Please note that sleeping bags are not permitted.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils, frying pan, sauce pans, washing-up bowl, drying rack and washing-up brush. The cottage also contains cleaning equipment, fire alarm, fire extinguisher, blankets and pillows. The patio has a table and four chairs. There is no television, which encourages the family to spend time together, playing board games, chatting, crabbing… Free Wi-Fi.
Each cottage has its own numbered space in a carpark on the opposite side of the road (approx. 100 metres from the cottage).
The cottages are insulated and heated up by the electric heater.
The patio is covered, to make it possible to sit outside even in rain or strong sunshine. The cottage is light, as one whole wall is made of glass.
All payment is made in advance. The booking is binding when the first payment has been made. We have two different cancellation policys to choose from:

- Can be changed or cancelled until 10:00 local time on the day of arrival.
- If rebooking results in a higher price, you pay the difference.
- Full refund except for 10% of the booking amount when cancelling the reservation
- Pay 10% at the time of booking and the rest at least 60 days before arrival
