Suitable for families with children aged 4 and over, or for 2-3 adults
The Boathouse Cottages are available in different sizes and built in traditional Bohuslän style. All are within 100 metres of the sea. A number of the cottages have lovely sea views, both from the patio and the sleeping loft. It is wonderful to wake up to the sound of seagulls and look out across the water. The Boathouse Cottage for 5 persons is 10 square metres, with a sleeping loft of 10 square metres.
The cottages are small in size and lie close together like real boathouses, something which is especially appreciated by children. They are cleverly planned, to ensure that everything you need during your holiday is available. The standard is more simple than at home, which makes life uncomplicated and relaxing.
Dogs are permitted in several cottages, however none of them have sea views.

ShowDownstairs is one room with a kitchenette and bathroom with WC and hand basin (cold water only), so that you can use the toilet and brush your teeth in the cottage. There is a comfortable sofa and a table, for meals or spending time together. The sofa can be turned into a double bed (140 cm). Underneath the sofa are smart storage drawers, where the bedding can be put away during the day.
The sleeping loft sleeps three and is great, as you can keep the bedding out of sight and do not have to make the beds. The loft makes it feel as if the cottage has two rooms. The ceiling height is low and children usually find it a cosy playroom. Adults like being able to climb up into the loft for a rest and some time alone. The loft has two windows, and it is great fun watching the world go by. The beds in the loft consist of mattresses, placed on wooden slats on the floor. The advantage with having low beds is that younger children can sleep here, with no risk of falling off the bed. The loft is fitted with a barrier to prevent small children from falling downstairs. This helps parents to relax and get a good night’s sleep.
Cottages 211-216 do not have sleeping lofts, but two loft beds (one is 120 cm wide, the other 80 cm). These cottages are not suitable for families with young children.
Sheets, towels, kitchen towel, hand soap, toilet paper. Please note that sleeping bags are not permitted.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge, hotplates, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils, frying pan saucepans, washing-up bowl, drying rack and washing-up brush. The cottage also contains cleaning equipment, fire alarm, fire extinguisher, blankets and pillows, and a fan heater. The patio has a table and four chairs. Showers, family showers and sauna are available in the service block (max 120 metres away). Having a sauna with the family in the evening is a wonderful holiday experience. Afterwards, just jump into the water from the pier outside the sauna. There is no television, which encourages the family to spend time together, playing board games, chatting, crabbing… Free Wi-Fi.
Each cottage has its own numbered space in the carpark across the road (approx. 100 metres from the cottage).
The cottages are insulated. They are quickly heated up by the environmentally friendly fan heater.
The patio is covered, to make it possible to sit outside even in rain or strong sunshine. The cottage is light, as one whole wall is made of glass.
All payment is made in advance. The booking is binding when the first payment has been made. We have two different cancellation policys to choose from:
