The Boathouse Cottages are available in different sizes and built in traditional Bohuslän style. All are within 100 metres of the sea. The Boathouse Cottage for 7 persons is 19 square metres, with a 19 square metre sleeping loft, and has been decorated to resemble a genuine boathouse.
The cottages are small in size and lie close together like real boathouses, something which is especially appreciated by children.
They are cleverly planned, to ensure that everything you need during your holiday is available. The standard is more simple than at home, which makes life uncomplicated and relaxing.
Dogs are welcome in two of the cottages. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know at the time of booking.

ShowDownstairs is a room with TV and kitchenette, as well as a bright bathroom with WC, shower and hot water. There is a sofa and a table where you can sit and eat or socialise and play board games. The sofa can be turned into a double bed (160 cm). The cottage is suitable for families with young children, as there is room for a travel cot and the pushchair can be brought inside.
The sleeping loft is divided into two rooms, with a comfortable double bed in one and three beds in the other. The sleeping loft is great, as you can keep the bedding out of sight and do not have to make the beds. The loft makes it feel as if the cottage has three rooms. The ceiling height is low and children usually find it a cosy playroom. Adults like being able to climb up into the loft for a rest and some time alone. The loft has two windows, and it is great fun watching the world go by. The beds in the loft consist of mattresses, placed on wooden slats on the floor. The advantage with having low beds is that younger children can sleep here, with no risk of falling off the bed. The loft is fitted with a barrier to prevent small children from falling downstairs. This helps parents to relax and get a good night’s sleep.
Sheets, towels, kitchen towel, hand soap, toilet paper. Please note that sleeping bags are not allowed.
The kitchenette is fully equipped, with fridge, freezer, hob (2 rings), fan, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils, frying pan, saucepans, washing up bowl, drying rack, and washing-up brush. There is also cleaning equipment, fire alarm, fire extinguisher, blankets and pillows, and a fan heater. The patio has a table and 4 chairs. There is a television to keep everyone amused. Free Wi-Fi.
Each cottage has its own numbered space in a carpark across the road (approx. 100 metres from the cottage). An additional numbered space is available approximately 500 metres from the cottage, in case you bring two cars.
The cottages are insulated. They are quickly heated up by the environmentally friendly fan heater.
The patio is covered, to make it possible to sit outside even in rain or strong sunshine. The cottage is light, as one whole wall is made of glass.
All payment is made in advance. The booking is binding when the first payment has been made. We have two different cancellation policys to choose from:

- If rebooking results in a higher price, you pay the difference.
- Full refund except for 10% of the booking amount when cancelling the reservation
