The Venue
The restaurant at Ramsvik is a beautiful building with panorama windows facing the sea.
The venue can accommodate up to 100 seated guests. There is a pleasant outdoor seating area with afternoon sun, which is perfect for a champagne toast. There is also an outdoor dancefloor.
The restaurant is fully licensed, why you are not permitted to bring your own alcoholic drinks to the venue. It is also not permitted to remove alcoholic drinks from the premises.
Pricing, equipment and terms & conditions
ShowThe price for hiring the venue for a party, incl. cleaning (not washing up) is 14,900 SEK. For each cottage booked for your guests, we deduct 100 SEK from the cost of hiring the venue.
Tables and chairs are provided. A music system can be hired for 500 SEK, which includes speakers and a mixing table that will be useful if you have booked a band.
The crockery included in the hire price is a simple set with white plates, cutlery and glasses from Ikea. There are also simple champagne, wine, beer and avec glasses for 100 persons.
The event can carry on until 02:30 am, after this the venue must be vacated, so that it is empty by 03:00 am. No music to be played outside after 01:00. Alcoholic drinks purchased off the premises may not be brought onto the premises. Alcoholic drinks provided by us may not be removed from the venue. The venue includes the outdoor seating area, the covered veranda, the dancefloor and the balcony. Should anything in the venue be broken by a member of your party, you will be charged for this.
The rent must be paid within 30 days of a confirmed booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation. All other charges are paid after the event. It is possible to make a larger payment in advance to avoid having to pay the full amount after the event.
