Ramsvik’s gorgeous location in a nature reserve by the sea means that many couples choose to marry here. We know that a wedding at Ramsvik is a memorable and enjoyable celebration – both for the bride and groom and for their guests. The wedding ceremony is either held in one of the lovely churches in Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand, Smögen or Kungshamn, or in the chapel on Hållö. Many couples prefer to hold the ceremony on Ramsvik’s cliffs, with either a minister or registrar. We can show you some magically beautiful wedding locations.

Our restaurant seats up to 100 guests and offers amazing sea views – the perfect venue for a wedding reception. We help you plan the event, with food, drink, table settings and everything else you need. If the ceremony is held in one of the churches on the mainland you can travel by boat to the reception venue. There are a number of boats available for hire and the pier is right next to the restaurant. Your guests can stay in cottages within 100 metres of the reception venue. Feel free to come and view the venue! We are on site from the end of April until the beginning of October.

The best wedding parties last for three whole days… we are happy to arrange an All you can eat BBQ the day before the wedding and a brunch for the day after. This gives you plenty of time to socialise with guests, who have often travelled from afar.

The restaurant is available for bookings on certain Saturdays in the periods weeks 18-22 and in weeks 36-39.
